A By The Lake is a complex of 6 private open space villas, located 2 minutes away from By The Lake.
The location also benefits from a pergola overlooking the lake where daytime events (15.00-24.00) for up to 30 people can be organised when renting a minimum of 4 private villas.
LAKE Villas 1 and 2 are on the first row with direct lake views.
Villas SUNRISE 3 and SUNSET 4 are on the 2nd row facing the lake.
Villas SUNRISE 5 and SUNSET 6 are on the 3rd row facing the lake.

Lake 1
Maximum capacity – 3 persons
Ground floor:
– Living room (wood-burning fireplace, sofa without possibility of extension, Marshall audio system, QLED TV, air conditioning, WIFI 6, Netflix);
– Kitchen (hob, fridge, coffee machine, crockery);
– Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs:
– 1 double bed.
Terrace and green area:
– Wooden deck with seating area in front of the villa;
– Access to communal area with sun loungers, table, chairs, fireplace.
– Outdoor Jacuzzi – salt water 42 degrees, for 2-3 persons (extra cost for heating and preparation)

These will be served at the times set the day before.
